The room can accommodate the following setups:

* “Mix N Mingle” (4 tops: table & chairs)
* 6’ and 8’ tables and chairs
* ALL chairs (like for a Comedy Show, lecture, etc.).
* Standing Room Only.

 

Charges/Fees:

$200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date (this amount will be applied to final bill).

 

Room Charge:

Monday - Thursday:  $50-$100/hour (dependent upon Catering/Food Cost).

Friday-Saturday: varies and is dependent on event type.

 

Food Server: $10/hour

Private Bar & Bartender: $25/hour (50 people or less). $50/hour (+50 people)

Sound Technician: $25/hour.

Projector & Screen: $30 (flat fee).

20% Gratuity is automatically applied to final costs (Effective: January 1, 2020).

$150 - non-refundable Administrative/Service Fee. (Effective: January 1, 2020).

 

Additional Notes:
Additional charges may apply for:
*exceeding reserved venue time.
*extended time for Bartender.
*additional food/beverage/serving items.
*excessive clean-up following event.
*damage to furniture, equipment, fixtures, etc.
